As a Senior Lecturer you will be responsible for leading the development, management and delivery of pharmacology and prescriber content within both:
- Pre-registration nursing (in line with the NMC 2018 Future Nurse Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses) and healthcare modules.
- CPD courses within the College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare.
As a member of the academic team, you will assist in the development of the professional, academic, research and scholarly profile of pharmacology within CNMH.
You will hold a Masters degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare subject, current registration with a professional body (for example GPhC, HCPC or NMC) and a teaching qualification.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, academics and our support staff. You will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and commit to the University’s vision and values.
