About the role

Reporting to the Head of School for Chiropractic, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of clinical education to chiropractic and other health professions students within the School’s three academic frameworks. Duties will include teaching and developing students’ knowledge and skills of conservative therapeutic interventions; orthopaedic, neurologic and general medical diagnostic examinations and musculoskeletal rehabilitation to underpin evidence-based clinical skills development and decision making.

About the person
We seek an enthusiastic and highly motivated UK registered chiropractor with experience of working in higher education to join our team. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and work in an evidence informed manner with relevant clinical experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to high quality research as part of a group of staff, developing their research skills and co-authoring peer reviewed publications. They must maintain their own development as a regulated healthcare professional and educator and contribute to the enhancement of pre-registration, post-registration and CPD courses within the School’s portfolio.
