We are seeking to appoint a lecturer in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care in the School of Health Sciences at the University of Southampton. You will play a key role in the MSc in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, which recruits both part-time and full-time students both nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will have (or be near to completing) a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in a relevant discipline, a research agenda, the ability to undertake original research, the potential to lead a research group, and to engage with teaching and academic supervision. A commitment to excellent teaching is a must. It is anticipated that your research and teaching interests will complement one or more of the programme’s areas of focus: leadership, healthcare policy, organizational development, decision making/analysis, governance, implementation science, or informatics. We welcome applications from both healthcare and other disciplines who wish to apply their knowledge and experience to health and social care settings.
