The School of Health and Social Care is seeking a suitably experienced Senior Lecturer to take on the role of external examiner for the new MSc’s in both Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) and Advanced Professional Practice (APP). The 2 courses have mainly shared modules, hence one external examiner will be able to cover both courses.
Experienced external examiners would be preferred, but those seeking a first experience and having relevant clinical and educational experience would also be considered.
The post requires external moderation of assessments, completion of an annual monitoring report and attendance at the relevant Boards of Examiners.
The appointment will be with effect from 1st March 2019 and will be for a full 3-year term. Full course details and documentation will be provided to the appointee and an induction will be offered – to be held at the University following appointment.
