The School of Allied Health and Community’s Foundation Degrees in Health and Social Care (FDHS) and Mental Health (FDMH) is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified academic to act as an External Advisor for a Reapproval event due to take place for the Department of Health and Well-being.
The University specifies that external advisors should have relevant experience of HE teaching at the appropriate level – normally at least 3 years, and in a capacity as course leader or similar. The applicants should have knowledge of Foundation and/or Top Up degrees as well as collaborative courses.
In addition, external advisors should not normally have (or have had within the last 5 years) any professional relationship with the University of Worcester (or partner institutions) or with staff involved in the course undergoing reapproval.
