Apprenticeships are a growing area within the Faculty of Health at LJMU. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Degree Apprenticeship Tutor with specific knowledge and expertise to provide teaching and support for our Apprentices; currently in Nursing – Adult, Child, and Mental Health, Nurse Associates, and Social Work.
You will hold an Honours degree or equivalent and be familiar with the needs of students in higher education or work related learning within the HE curriculum. An understanding of apprenticeships of other work based programmes is essential as well as experience of providing academic support to undergraduates and supporting portfolio development. You must be willing to travel locally to meet students in the workplace.
