Applications are invited from registered healthcare professionals for a fixed-term (six months), full-time Clinical Simulation Project Manager. You will be responsible for leading a Health Education England-funded project in Primary Care Simulation. You will develop simulated learning for BSc Adult Nursing students in partnership with a simulation centre from the South London Simulation Network. The aim of the project is to explore the feasibility of replacing clinical placement time in Primary Care with effective simulated learning.

You will be an experienced registered nurse or other registered healthcare professional with a strong track record in education. You will work closely with the nurse education team and partner simulation centre to lead, develop, deliver and evaluate high-quality simulated learning in primary care. You will use evidence-based practice and innovation in simulated learning to create authentic learning experiences which replicate primary care practice. You will guide, support and supervise students to ensure practice learning outcomes are achieved. You will act as a professional role model at all times and uphold the NMC Code (2018) or equivalent. Good project management skills will be needed to ensure the key deliverables of the project are achieved with the timescale and available funding.
