Apprenticeships Skills Coach (Health)

Salary range: £30,942 to £34,804 per annum
Are you a health professional looking for a change of direction? Do you have experience of coaching or mentoring, delivering work-based training, assessment and reviews? Do you have an interest in developing working relationships with apprentices and their employers? If so, you may be interested in this exciting opportunity to join the newly founded apprenticeships team in the Directorate of Business Engagement and Entrepreneurship. You will be part of this growing, highly motivated, proactive team engaging with apprentices and employers as well as with academic colleagues. The role offers the opportunity to travel throughout the region, visiting the cohort of apprentices in their workplaces.
You will be educated to degree level and registered with either the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Knowledge and understanding of professional development achieved through apprenticeship programmes and work based learning (WBL), within a variety of health care settings is desirable.
