The School of Health and Care Professions, University of Portsmouth, is seeking to appoint outstanding and talented people to support development and delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate nursing curriculums, with the potential to contribute to innovation activity in the School. The School has a clear vision for the Future Nurse and to achieve this, our use of simulation within pre-registration nursing programmes is exceptional.

We are seeking a Teaching Fellow/Senior Teaching Fellow to contribute to the delivery of teaching excellence for our nursing and advanced practice programmes. The successful applicant may also be involved in innovation relevant to nursing. The role will include designing and delivering education and assessment, through blended learning. The School focuses on the development of high-quality teaching resources and effective facilitation of learning and student support.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively articulate their contribution to developing the Future Nurse with evidence of supporting learners in the field. The ability to contribute to effective and safe person-centred care in our undergraduate and postgraduate curricula is essential.
