This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student Services team who are working closely with the School of Nursing & Midwifery to embed this new role. We are seeking to appoint a Student Learning and Development Support Officer, to support and enable the School of Nursing and Midwifery students in achieving successful completion of their professional studies. Working closely with the Director of Education, Head of Student Participation and Success, Disability Liaison Officer, Director of Undergraduate Programmes and Faculty Operations Manager, you will provide learning support to nursing and midwifery students.

Ideally you will be an experienced educator, hold a degree in education or adult education and have a teaching or training qualification or equivalent experience. Experience, knowledge and understanding of learning and education pedagogies is essential. In addition, you will have recent experience of supporting students to be successful with their academic and personal skills.
