Peoples Future Limited is a dedicated subsidiary within the Coventry University Group and is looking to appoint Senior Teaching Fellows in Nursing and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to contribute to the provision of Nursing and CPD within the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health’s Vauxhall Campus.
One of three schools in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health is the largest School and delivers undergraduate and post graduate courses for a range of health professions including; nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, paramedic science, operating department practice, and most recently diagnostic radiography. We also have a large portfolio of CPD courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels including Advanced Clinical Practice and Non-Medical prescribing. Coventry is ranked in the top 10 for 12 of the 44 subject tables it appears in, and 5 of which are within the School including nursing which is ranked 6th in the UK (Guardian University Guide 2023).
These senior teaching Fellows will support the delivery of the Nursing top up degree and continuing professional development courses in our Hudson building on our Vauxhall Campus. The will be working with our NHS, Private, Voluntary and Independent Sector partners to provide first class continuing professional development. Candidates will be expected to teach theory and clinical skills at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Experience of teaching and a recordable teaching qualification is desirable at this level.
Applicants will need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration in the United Kingdom.
