We are seeking a Registered Adult Nurse active on the NMC register to join the Adult Nursing Team in the Department of Nursing, Midwifery and Health at the University of Southampton. The team is experienced, friendly, and supportive and is enthusiastic and committed to developing the Nurses of the future who can innovate and lead change.

You will be involved in the delivery of our nationally recognised pre-registration BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing, Masters of Nursing leading to registration as an Adult/Mental Health Nurse or Adult/Children’s Nurse, and MSc/PgDip Adult Nursing programmes. You will have an exceptional understanding of issues facing contemporary nursing practice. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for outstanding nurse education and has a dynamic vision for how education and research can transform health care.

Ideally, you will have educational experience and have completed a Masters level qualification. However, we are also keen to hear from Adult Nurses who have a passion for teaching students and would like to develop a career in education. We are also keen to hear from Registered Adult Nurses who have interest and/or experience in research.
