We are seeking a committed mental health nursing educator who is student focussed, approachable and willing to contribute to the development of Newman University Birmingham’s portfolio and vision of Nursing and Allied health programmes. Candidates will have a track record of delivering and designing pre-registration nursing programmes, hold a higher degree in an area directly related to their field of practice, and have an up-to-date knowledge of nursing education, standards for education as well as a wider in-depth knowledge of healthcare policy and practice in a variety of settings. Applicants will also need to demonstrate that they have either a recognised teaching qualification or HEA fellowship. Applicants will need to hold current NMC registration and be committed to maintaining their registration.
