We have a vacancy for a Multi Professional Practice Education Facilitator (registered nurse or allied health professional) based at our St Asaph Campus to provide close working relationships with clinical placement partners and support our growing body of health care students as they develop to be healthcare professionals of the future. This is new provision for Glyndwr University, so you will be part of a new and highly motivated team that is committed to increasing opportunities to access careers in healthcare in the Central region of North Wales, and helping to develop the health professional workforce in our region and beyond.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is dynamic, passionate about delivering excellent health care, committed to enhancing the student experience and supporting students, and excited to make a huge difference to the future health professional workforce in North Wales.

You will have excellent, versatile clinical skills, and knowledge of how to support students in practice. You will have a sound understanding of professional regulatory requirements and how this influences the delivery of health professional education. You will be innovative and motivated to work within our team, to explore new approaches that recognise the diversity of our student group, and promote excellence in practice.

Whilst this is a full time post, we can offer flexible working arrangements and will consider applications for both full and part time hours.

Applicants must have Professional Registration (AHP/ Nursing). Additionally, experience in relevant clinical areas and experience of facilitating learning and developing new initiatives will be necessary.

Welsh Language skills are desirable for this role.
