This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team based at the University of Hull and will predominantly be working with Nursing and Nursing Associate Apprentices. You will be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on supporting the development and progression of students/Apprentices and providing the best educational opportunities for the Nursing/Nursing Associate workforce.
The purpose of this post is to work with our employer partners to monitor and support the successful progression of our Nursing/Nursing Associate Apprentices from an educational perspective. This post will also involve recruiting, undertaking progress review meetings, clinical skills teaching establishing and increasing engagement in the Nursing/Nursing Associate Apprenticeship across the sector.
We are looking for a registered adult Nurse with excellent leadership, management, communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will have an active role in the preparation, delivery and review of essential Nursing Associate/Nursing training to ensure apprentices are trained to provide safe and effective care for patients while meeting professional standards
You should have good organisational, inter-personal, and communication skills, a student-centred approach, and have a passion for education and development activities as well as continued professional development, we would be delighted to hear from you.
