Salary: Grade from: £42,253 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £54,313 per annum inclusive of London Weighting. (Pro-rata if Part-time)

The Division of Physiotherapy is seeking enthusiastic and innovative early career researchers who wish to develop an academic career within a friendly academic team who are passionate about providing the opportunities and support needed to establish a career at the forefront of health education and research. As a member of our dynamic team you will be mentored by our internationally recognised senior academics who have the expertise and experience you need to progress within your chosen specialism. We seek people who hold or are near completion of a PhD, and who can deliver high quality and impactful teaching and research.

As a leading provider of both physiotherapy and multi-professional post-reg advanced clinical practice education and research, we are expanding our UK and international activity. This advert is for two Lecturers with specialist experience relevant to the disciplines of physiotherapy and / or our multi-professional advanced practice specialisms

You will teach and support a diverse cohort of home and International students. You will apply and develop your interpersonal, creative thinking, and leadership skills, learning from some of the best clinical academics in the country. You will be expected to contribute fully: developing and implementing ideas for teaching and research, evaluating academic development, and building professional relationships.

We invite applicants from physiotherapy or relevant subject areas aligned to our education and research provision. Applicants will have excellent personal leadership skills, with the ability to support colleagues and the wider academic community to achieve excellence in research and education.

Brunel University London is a research-intensive University with 84% of research graded as internationally excellent or world leading (REF21), and a strong track-record of securing research funding from EU and other international sources. Your research profile should align to one of the College’s Research Centres. You will be expected to contribute to high quality research and attainment of external research grants.

You will be a registered Physiotherapist with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) or a relevant professional equivalent.
