This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to contribute to facilitating outstanding practice learning and teaching for pre-registration nursing associate and nursing apprenticeships in the Three Counties School of Nursing and Midwifery.
The successful candidate will work within a dedicated academic team with responsibility for delivering pre-registration apprenticeship courses to satisfy the requirements of the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Standards (IFATE) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
The candidate will therefore be required to develop and contribute to the learning and teaching agenda for apprenticeships, with an emphasis on placement and practice learning that support the development of safe, effective and proficient practitioners. The post holder will be able to inspire and motivate apprentices, colleagues and employers and be committed to compliance with the regulatory and quality assurance processes for occupational apprenticeships through collaborative working practices from recruitment through to apprenticeship award.
