£43,434 to £50,296 per annum, pro rata

At an exciting time of growth and development, we are seeking to appoint a part-time lecturer to join our experienced and dedicated academic team on an indefinite basis.

The successful candidate will contribute to and lead, where appropriate, to the undergraduate and postgraduate education provision, curriculum development, student support and assessment, specifically in the BSc and Integrated Master’s in Speech and Language Therapy programmes. We would welcome applications from colleagues with experience in the field of learning disabilities (intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders).

The post holder will be a HCPC registered speech and language therapist and hold a good first degree (2:1 or above). You will have a repertoire of skills that extend beyond the SLT specialism and will contribute more widely to a range of School priorities and educational provision. The speech and language therapy programme offer a curriculum designed around problem-based learning that aims to create active student learners.
