Are you an experienced NHS professional looking for a change of direction, or maybe an academic looking to join a “Teaching Intensive, Research Informed” higher education institution whose distinctive high-quality, student-focussed, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes attract students from all over the world?

We are looking to recruit a Lecturer in Nursing based at one of our Satellite colleges and Practice Partners. The role will be based at Bradford College, and there will be an expectation that the successful candidate will travel to the University of Bolton to attend meetings and other events in order to meet the core business needs.

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do: they are highly qualified and experienced in their fields, supporting their teaching practice by carrying out quality research and engaging in continuous professional development. Staff pride themselves on being outstanding professionals that provide excellent learning, teaching and applied research and support in the provision of custom-designed, industry led courses in numerous subject areas.

The key duties of the post holder will be to deliver a range of established teaching requirements and undertake student assessment activities with the support and guidance (as required) from senior academic colleagues.

The role will provide an opportunity for an early career academic to gain a wide range of experience in learning, teaching and assessment practice.

Relevant professional registration i.e. NMC registration is an essential requirement for this role along with a first degree and preferably a teaching qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary experience in Nursing.
