Owing to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an onsite Lecturer in Nursing and Perioperative Practice at the University of Derby. We are seeking an experienced registered nurse or operating department practitioner academic to join our winning team that achieved 91% student satisfaction in the 2021 National Student Survey (NSS). We deliver established BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies and BSc (Hons) Perioperative Practice top up degree programmes, and MSc Nursing Studies programme, all delivered online.
You will combine a passion for teaching online with the ability to inspire students to deliver successful programmes and an excellent student experience. Enthusiasm, vision, adaptability to change and a commitment to making a difference for our students will be essential. The successful applicant will be an active member of the School of Nursing and Midwifery based in the College of Health, Psychology and Social Care and supporting the Academic Lead for Nursing and Perioperative Practice.
