Lecturer in Dietetics (Practice Education Coordinator)

Part-time (0.5fte), fixed term for 12 months
We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual on a part-time (0.5fte) basis to make a significant contribution to the School’s MSc Dietetics programme and within the practice environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop a range of clinical education skills e.g. simulation-based-education, developing and delivering lectures, seminars and workshops, promoting discussions and inter-professional learning.
Contribute to the delivery of on-site tutorials to dietetic students. - Provide support for dietetic students including study skills & academic development.
- Contribute to the development of assessments.
- Contribute to the development of new practice education connections and work in partnership with clinicians to develop and enhance practice education opportunities,
You will have experience of working in a health or social care environment and registration as a dietitian with the HCPC.

This part-time (0.5fte), 12 month fixed term post is available immediately and will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
