AC2: £36,914 – £44,045 pro-rata, per annum
The School of Health and Life Sciences is a multidisciplinary School, with a diverse range of programmes delivered at our Ayr, Dumfries, Lanarkshire, London and Paisley campuses to a combined total of around 6000 students.
An opportunity has arisen for Lecturer in Adult Nursing to join the School on a fixed term part time basis, where teaching and research are at the heart of all of the School’s activities. The ability to contribute to module and programme development will be integral to this post, along with engagement in wider academic activities such as research, consultancy and CPD. Undertaking research, development and/ or scholarship to enhance teaching will be encouraged.
As the successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of delivering pre-registration adult nursing topics and be well versed in contemporary learning methods.
The successful candidate will join a progressive team of individuals currently supporting delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate adult nursing provision within the Division of Adult Nursing & Healthcare. You will have previous experience of delivering modules/programmes within the field of adult nursing, and be practised in contemporary teaching, learning and assessment methods. NMC professional registration in adult nursing is required.
The post will be based at Paisley Campus, and report into the Adult Nursing and Healthcare Division.
