The Department of Allied Health Professions, Midwifery and Social Work within the School of Health and Social Work are looking to appoint an External Examiner for our new MSc Paramedic Science (pre-registration) programme.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced academic staff. Some experience of external examining is desirable, although not essential. You should have recent experience of leading modules and curriculum development in pre-registration paramedic science courses. You should also have experience of FHEQ Level 7 teaching and/or assessment. You must be registered with the HCPC as a paramedic.
All appointments are subject to the candidate meeting the University’s criteria for appointment and must be approved by Academic Quality.
The appointment will commence in January 2025 and will be for a period of four years.
