The Institute of Health and Social Care is the largest school in London South Bank University with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the education, research, and practice development of a variety of health and social care specialists.
The Division of Children’s Nursing is seeking to appoint an external examiner for our PGDIP/ BSc (Hons) Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (health visiting and School nursing) courses.
The Examination Board meets three times a year and there is an expectation that the external examiner will attend at least one Examination Board and submit an annual report to the University.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified academic staff who hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification, active NMC registration and hold a minimum of a Masters. All appointments are subject to the candidate meeting the University’s criteria for appointment (UK Quality Code for HE; Chapter 7 External Examining; Indicator 5).
