The School of Health and Social Work is seeking to appoint an external examiner for the adult field of our Pre-Registration Nursing Programmes. This includes the BSc, MSc and apprenticeship routes. A number of external examiners from all fields of nursing are currently involved. To ensure that all NMC requirements are met we hold a number of module and programme boards across the year.
The appointment is from September/October 2024 and will be for a 4 year period. Experience of teaching and assessing at undergraduate level with current field specific registration and a Masters level qualification are essential pre-requisites. Experience of teaching and assessing at postgraduate level would also be desirable.
