Edinburgh Napier University is seeking to appoint an experienced External Examiner for our MSc Physiotherapy (pre-registration) programme. This programme is in its second year and is delivered in collaboration with an MSc pre-registration in Occupational Therapy and a Masters in Social Work, in the School of Health and Social Care. The External Examiner will be expected to cover physiotherapy specific modules and some of the core interprofessional modules. An interest in interprofessional learning would be desirable.
All applicants must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
The appointment will commence from November 2020 and tenure is for a four-year period. All External Examiner appointments are subject to approval by the University. External Examiners are expected to attend Board of Examiner meetings at least once a year and submit an annual report.
