The School of Health at Leeds Beckett University is seeking to appoint a new External Examiner for our BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy course. Applicants must have experience of delivering pre-registration Physiotherapy programmes and be registered with the HCPC.
Applicants should be working in UK HE with experience of teaching and examining at undergraduate levels. External Examiners attend Board of Examiners meeting at least once a year, submit an annual report and review coursework. Previous experience of external examining is not necessary, as the University will provide online induction training and a mentor. The appointment is subject to approval by the University’s scrutiny process. The current fee for an External Examiners is £400 per annual, plus reasonable expenses. Due to potential reciprocity issues, please note that we are unable to appoint from the following institutions:

- University of Northampton
