The School of Health and Social Work is seeking to appoint an external examiner for adult nursing on our Pre-Registration Nursing Programmes (BSc, MSc and apprenticeship). A number of external examiners from all fields of nursing are currently involved. Most of our assessments take place on-line and you will be able to view the work in this way. To ensure that all NMC requirements are met we hold a number of module and programme boards across the year.
The appointment is from September 2023 and will be for a 4 year period. Experience of teaching and assessing at undergraduate level with current field specific registration and a Masters level qualification are essential pre-requisites. Experience of teaching and assessing at postgraduate level would also be desirable.
