The School of Health and Life Sciences has the largest student body in the University, with a diverse breadth of courses across our Departments of Science, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions.

We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead on the Records and Engagement student lifecycle within the School. You will be responsible for managing, assuring and meeting the standard University requirements of our records and engagement activity, along with ensuring critical compliance for specific requirements related to the School’s various Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies and our responsibilities for students on a Student Route visa. The Records and Engagement Team also manages administration of specific needs for students on our Health courses such as Bursaries, Occupational Health screening and supply of uniforms.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a team, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. You will also have considerable relevant work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of the records or engagement student lifecycle. You will be driven to explore new ideas and always be looking for ways to improve. You will be able to solve problems, to see the big picture while still paying attention to the detail always working to high standards. You will manage your own workload with minimum supervision with the ability to react to changing priorities, developing a network of contacts helping to deliver the priorities of the Team, School and wider University.
