Salary: £40,918 – £44,859 per annum

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our award-winning curriculum team based in Taunton at the University Centre Somerset (part of Bridgwater & Taunton College).
The post holder will line manage a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated teaching team demonstrating quality and professionalism. Central to the role is an ability to develop and maintain operational excellence whilst harnessing exceptional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Our curriculum has been developed in partnership with employers from across the integrated care system in Somerset, sharing a vision of ‘train here work here’ and unlocking the potential for local people to access degree level clinical education and work in our communities. Working closely with colleagues from quality teams and programme leads at the University of the West of England who validate our degree programmes, you will be solution focussed and maintain a commitment to upholding NMC, HCPC, and Ofsted standards at all times.
