You will join our creative team of nurse educators and contribute to our thriving partnership with schools.
We are seeking an experienced NMC (Registered Nurse) or HCPC registrant to predominantly teach a range of clinical skills. The post holder will have a passion for education, and supporting the students in a practice setting. The role also requires the successful candidate to take be an autonomous practitioner who can offer expert knowledge, guidance and support to the student nurse and the wider teaching team. The Lecturer – Clinical Skills role is both exciting and challenging and requires excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning; supporting students, and successfully leading modules in an HEI setting. The BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing (Blended) will be delivered in the North East, Hull, Humber, Hull and London, therefore, the post holder will be required to travel occasionally to support the delivery of this programme.
You will have a a degree in nursing or health related subject and preferably a post graduate qualification in education or specialist clinical practice and have wide experience in the practice supporting students.
