UWE Bristol, School of Health, and Social Wellbeing is seeking a Field External Examiner to start as soon as possible. The post will be for 4 years and includes the need to attend various examination boards.
Essential: Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
The subject cluster requires a Field External Examiner to represent a range of academic perspectives in the field of Nursing. Examples of modules are as follows:
- Medicine Management and Pharmacology
- Nursing Final Project
- Research Methodologies of Nursing Enquiry
- Using the Mental Capacity Act in Practice
Please note, some of the portfolio will also be delivered at our UK Collaborative Partners.
We particularly encourage applications from members of Black and Minority Ethnic communities, as this group is currently underrepresented among external examiners.
