Salary: Competitive starting salary range from £44,965 up to £51,314 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The Role
As Senior Teaching Fellow in Physiotherapy you will undertake teaching and module leadership while supporting the development and delivery of programs with innovative teaching and learning approaches to enhance student experience. You will contribute to curriculum development by actively participating in School’s Curriculum Review and Transformation.
You will lead on aspects of the student learning experience including the leadership of staff teams. Based within the School of Health and Care you will work with and lead academic colleagues to enrich the student learning and teaching experience ensuring relevant aspects of research, enterprise and professional context are embedded in modules and courses.
Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in appropriate subject and an appropriate professional qualification and/or membership
- Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC
- A teaching qualification or extensive experience of delivering professional and/or university education
- PhD or active membership of an appropriate professional body advantageous
Our Successful Candidate
You will be a HCPC registered physiotherapist with demonstrable experience of successful teaching at higher education and/or substantial clinical experience and expertise across range of areas within physiotherapy practice.
You will be an experienced team leader who is enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with high-quality presentation skills, ability to mentor and coach other members of the team.
