This flagship appointment between Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield Hallam University is an exciting opportunity to put Sheffield at the forefront of clinical academic partnerships and demonstrate real impact.
You will:
Establish and lead the implementation of a collaborative, inclusive, applied research agenda across both organisations.
Shape joint ways of working with clinical and academic colleagues, building an ambitious, inter-disciplinary and nurse-led research and innovation hub that opens up education and research opportunities.
Make an exceptional and sustained academic contribution to research and innovation, teaching and learning and the delivery of clinical care at the University and the Trust.
We are looking for someone with the energy and enthusiasm to lead the development of research capacity, capability, connectivity and culture across both organisations; someone with the highest level of esteem and influence in paediatrics and child health.
