We are seeking to appoint an External Examiner for the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Practice for the BSc Occupational Health course.
Knowledge of occupational health programmes with appropriate experience and expertise in this sector and higher education is preferable. However, other relevant fields of practice would be considered such as public health.
A formal teaching qualification / or fellowship is required and previous experience in external examining is desirable but not essential as training and guidance will be provided.
The appointment will commence October 2023; the tenure of appointment is for four years. All External Examiner appointments are subject to approval by the University Academic Council. Induction to the role will be given.
