The School of Health Sciences is seeking the appointment of an external examiner for the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Health and Social Care 3 year programme.

The School of Health Sciences is based on two sites in North Wales. It has a focus on working with professionals and health and social care services, and of supporting innovation in care. Applications are invited from suitably qualified academic staff and experience of external examining would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The School operates on-line submission, marking and feedback of assignments. Experience of Turnitin and Blackboard would be desirable, however training will be provided. The post will contribute to the quality and integrity of the programme through external moderation of assessments. The role requires reviewing of modules, completion of monitoring reports and attendance at the Board of Examiners.
