The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health has a broad provision of health professions related courses and a large portfolio of CPD and apprenticeship courses at UG and PG.

We are currently seeking to recruit a senior academic into the role of Curriculum Lead for the Healthcare Leadership and Management and Public Health portfolio.

This role sits within the School Leadership Team and has responsibility for leading an established team of academics delivering our highly regarded suite of undergraduate, apprenticeship and post graduate courses, including MBA Healthcare Sector, MSc Global Healthcare Management, BSc Public Health, Public Health Practitioner Apprenticeship, Senior Leaders Apprenticeship, Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship.

Applicants should have experience of developing and delivering education programmes and line managing academic teams within relevant a portfolio. They must be a confident and clear communicator with a high level of interpersonal skill, and personal effectiveness to promote an outstanding student experience and team management.

Healthcare Leadership and Management and Public Health has delivered impressive growth over the last three years and the School is seeking a Curriculum Lead with a vision to further enhance the success of the portfolio over the next 5 years in line with the ambition of our Corporate Strategy

The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for Lecturers who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
