As defined by the NHS, person centeredness refers to “developing a workforce and community with behaviours, skills and competencies that support and drive person-centred approaches to wellbeing, prevention, care and support”. For our first #150Leaders webinar of the year, Prof Joanne Bosanquet MBE will talk about how students can become leaders advocating for person-centred care, and how they can support their fellow students to work in this way.
All students from nursing, midwifery, and allied health disciplines are welcome to join this event as well as Student Leadership Programme alumni. The Student Leadership Programme is run by the Council of Deans of Health and co-funded by the Burdett Trust for Nursing and NHS England.
