Future dates for your diary:

The Council of Deans of Health is thrilled to introduce the 2025 Digital Summit, a gathering of leaders and experts from the healthcare higher education field to discuss and address the challenges and opportunities in the digital world. The summit will explore the future of healthcare higher education in the age of digitisation and AI. It will cover the impact AI can have on education and research, as well as health services and the healthcare system. Guided by leading experts, learn about the latest key insights and discuss important topical questions being posed by the sector and wider society.

Online events focus on areas including academic leadership, research, regulation, and sustainability of the academic workforce. Race Equity Month 2024 is taking place in November. You can find out more here. There are also a number of opportunities to virtually network with colleagues at Coffee with the Council.

Members are contacted directly via email with all events information, including programmes, event descriptions and how to register. Reminders to register also feature regularly in the Council’s bulletin. Events are available to all staff in member faculties and there is no limit on the number who can attend from any one institution. Recordings of the events are also made available.

Please send any event queries to the Council’s events team.
