You will join the University at a time when health care education and care delivery is undergoing rapid change. In such a dynamic environment we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can lead, manage and inspire a team of academics to raise Staffordshire University’s profile locally and nationally in the area of Community Nursing. You will act as an ambassador for Staffordshire University, effectively liaising and working with established and new partner organisations to ensure our courses lead the way in meeting current and future workforce plans.
You must be an experienced academic in the field of community nursing having an in depth knowledge of quality and professional regulatory processes related to this academic discipline. You will hold a higher degree in Nursing, or a closely related subject, and be identified on the professional register as holding a Stage 4 teacher/lecturer qualification. It is desirable that you have or are working towards a Doctorate level qualification.
