These posts are key in developing the opportunities for band 1-4 development as listed in Talent for Care, apprenticeships and with the Nursing Associate agenda.
We are seeking Senior Lecturers, Practice Educator and Lecturers (Graded from £35,902 – £51,076) to join our highly committed team who have a reputation for quality delivery across London. We have a substantial portfolio of projects, accredited courses and non-accredited workshops across a wide range of topics focused on the needs of staff in the support workforce in health and in social care. We are seeking experienced registered healthcare professionals including nurses who are enthusiastic and committed about developing the healthcare support workforce. You should have experience of teaching within a clinical or more formal setting and have a proven track record of project work, together with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
The initial focus of the roles will be for one of the following in developing and delivering the course requirements for the
- FDSc Health – Assistant Practitioner course
- FDSc Nursing – Nursing Associates course.
- BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care: Administration and Management
- Workshops covering a range of clinical and non clinical topics including A-G assessment, customer care, health promotion and time management.
We are seeking an experienced senior lecturer who would like to develop their skills in course management working with full time students who are undertaking the BSc delivering a range of modules including change management, commissioning and procurement, social enterprise and the voluntary sector and governance of health and social care.
