The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic HCPC registered physiotherapist to work as a Senior Lecturer/Principal Lecturer within an established team of academics delivering physiotherapy programmes at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. The post is available on a full time, permanent basis.

Successful candidates will possess an excellent understanding of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, research and evidence-informed practice. At Senior Lecturer level, applicants should hold a Masters degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have either HEI or professional experience of teaching and learning at UG and PG levels. Applicants at Principal Lecturer level should hold a PhD or equivalent clinical and/or research expertise with extensive evidence of leadership and management of staff and/or complex projects. Membership of the musculoskeletal association of chartered physiotherapy would be advantageous for both posts.

The salary is dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the individual: Grade 8/9, £37,083.00 – £52,800.00 / £48,336.00 – £60,306.00 per annum. The job description and application form are available at (Reference Number REQ004933).
