We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Lecturer to work with the Academic Course Leader for Physiotherapy, and academic course team to deliver the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme, and support the development of a pre-registration MSc Physiotherapy degree.

This post also offers an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in moving the School forward with its strategic plan to deliver a sustainable health and social care workforce for Gloucestershire. You will have substantial clinical experience, experience of supporting pre-registration students, and experience of teaching and assessing within Higher Education is essential.

You must be a UK HCPC registered Physiotherapist and be able to demonstrate evidence of your ongoing professional development. As an academic you will be expected to have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education or complete the University of Gloucestershire’s Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice in the first year of your appointment.

You must hold a first degree in Physiotherapy, hold or be close to completing a higher degree in a relevant subject area. Experience of supporting research students would be advantageous.
