The Faculty of Life, Sciences and Education, School of Care Sciences, is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to provide expert teaching in the field of mental health, with particular focus on caring for the person with dementia. Knowledge of current issues in the care and management of people with mental health needs and those with dementia are essential for this role as is experience of working with a range of clients in mental health settings.

The post holder must have active registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council, be enthusiastic in developing and maintaining links with health service partners and be able to teach and assess students across a range of academic levels.

The post holder will be based at the Glyntaff Campus.
