The Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, School of Care Sciences, is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer Learning Disability Nursing to join an existing team of academic staff and to contribute to a range of modules and courses across pre and post registration provision and programmes of scholarly activity and research. The post holder will support the Specialist Lead for Learning Disability and assume the role of module manager, course leader and practice placement link for a number of clinical areas.
The post holder must have three years or more post-registration professional experience of delivering and managing services for those with learning disabilities and must also have active registration with the NMC. The post holder must also have current experience of facilitating the learning of students across a range of settings.
The post holder will be based at the Glyntaff Campus.
