This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within a department that has a diverse range of professional and practitioner focussed programmes, modules and provision within rehabilitation and social work, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The post holder will contribute to programme design, development and delivery of learning, teaching and assessment. They will be actively involved in the implementation and quality assurance of teaching and learning strategies to ensure the provision of high quality learning and the best possible student experience; this will include placement experience. The post holder will also actively support the use of e-learning technologies and other strategies to effectively engage students who may be learning at a distance.
The post holder will be involved in key developing areas of research and engage in enterprise activity. They will also work as part of the team to seek opportunities for expansion, and to foster effective collaboration in the pursuit of research and enterprise activity, with both internal and external partners.
The post holder will actively engage in professional and pedagogical research and scholarship as required to underpin teaching activities.
