There is an opportunity to join our Advanced Nursing Team as a Practice Development Senior Lecturer. You would support the teaching, assessment and development of Post Qualifying Practitioners at our Park Campus before we relocate to our new Waterside Campus in Summer 2018. As well as supporting students located with our growing number of educational partners.
The focus of this post is to support our commitment to developing coaches, supervisors and assessors in clinical practice and to contribute to practice teaching in accordance with your areas of clinical expertise. Experience of teaching and assessing in clinical practice is essential, experience in simulated learning and assessment would be welcomed as would having Advanced Care Practice expertise (Prescribing). You must be a Registered nurse and you must have a Nursing and Midwifery recordable teaching qualification.
This is a developing area of provision where Active Blended Learning is being used to support individuals to achieve their career aspirations. In partnership with healthcare providers you would be developing educational programmes to support practitioners to work in dynamic and changing health and social care landscapes.
