The Division of Podiatry and Clinical Sciences is looking to recruit an outstanding and enthusiastic new member to our team.

The University of Huddersfield has a long standing tradition of providing high quality education and training across health and social care sectors supported by up to date research and evidence ensuring the theory relates to practice. The Divisions undergraduate and post graduate training is predominantly commissioned by Health Education Yorkshire and Humber (HEYH) and we are one of only 13 Universities which host Podiatry in the UK.

The Division has excellent partnership working across the region with major service providers.

We have an onsite 40 chair clinical facility which is part of our uniqueness ensuring an excellent student experience and clinical research opportunities.

The School and Divisions specialist colleagues in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Operating Department Practitioners have widespread interests and expertise in common which generate rich areas of multiprofessional teaching, interest, working and research.

You should have a Master’s degree and the capacity to register for a PhD within 12 months of appointment, along with a teaching qualification/membership of the HEA or the ability to obtain membership within 12 months of appointment.
