The purpose of this post will be to play an active part in the delivery and development of the mental health nursing programmes in the School. You will complement the existing team in the delivery of the innovative pre-registration programmes in mental health nursing based at our Colchester campus.
You will contribute to the administration and management of the School, and to the local, regional and international profile of the School, and provide some clinical supervision, where appropriate.
You will design and deliver a broad range of innovative teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and engage in sustained, influential and successful ways with substantive teaching and learning support roles in the department, including those that involve the organisation, leadership and/or management of specific aspects of teaching and learning provision.
In addition, for ASER contracts, you will develop a research agenda, which pursues individual and/or collaborative research objectives and produce research outputs for publication and generate research income appropriate in scale to career stage and subject area norms.
