Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Science including the role of Course Leader
1.0 FTE 37 hours
Based at Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester
We are looking for a Senior Lecturer including the role of Academic Course Leader to lead the development and delivery of a BSc (Hons) Healthcare Science, ready for approval for delivery in September 2022 complementing our current allied health and nursing provision.
You will need a strong Healthcare Science background and evidence of supporting pre-registration Healthcare Science education.
An enthusiasm to embrace change, work as part of the innovative allied health team and ability to contribute to the growing research profile of the subject area is essential.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growing portfolio of programmes, supporting the module leadership role and implementation of the regulatory body standards. This also offers an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in moving the School forward with its strategic plan to deliver a sustainable workforce for Gloucestershire in collaboration with our partners.
You will work closely with the Academic Subject Leader, Academic Course Leader, Strategic Lead for Partnerships and Placements and our collaborative partners to deliver the vision for allied health education in Gloucestershire and beyond.
